The Airbus A350 XWB is a family of
long-range, 2 engined wide-body jet
airliners under development by
European aircraft manufacturer
The A350 is the first Airbus with both fuselage and wing manufacturer made primarily of carbon fiber – reinforced polymer. It will hold 250 to 350 passengers in a typical 3 class seating layout, or at least seating of 440 to 550 visitors, depending on variant.

There are 3 variants of the A350, and all were launched in 2006. In7 \ 2012, the A350-900 is scheduled to enter service in the second half of 2014; then the -800 in mid-2016 , and -one thousand in 2017. All variants are also to be offered as corporate jets by wholly owned subsidiary Airbus Executive and Private Aviation.
