Mayor Jeff T. Bloemker proclaimed probably six – twelve as National Travel & Tourism 7 days in the City of Effingham.
In Effingham County, travel & tourism generated $156.88 million in travel expenditures & supported close to 1,200 jobs in 2016.
The Effingham Tourism Office going to be celebrating online & at the Visitor Center all 7 days long.
Residents & visitors which come in the Visitor Center during National Travel & Tourism 7 days going to too receive a toll free Effingham pop socket phone stand & cookies from Cookie Creations (while supplies last).
Nebraska celebrates 2018 National Travel & Tourism Week
This week, the Nebraska Tourism Commission is celebrating the 35th annual National Travel & Tourism 7 days (May 6-12).
“Travel supports 1 in 9 American jobs, including 49,360 right here in Nebraska,” says John Ricks, Nebraska Tourism Commission executive director.

according to The Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is hosting celebrations across Las Vegas for United State Travel Association’s National Travel & Tourism Week.
From probably six out of probably 12, the LVCVA, entertainers & society partners going to surprise locals & tourists by giveaways at Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada transit stops, as well as those on the City of Las Vegas’ Downtown Loop & AAA Self-Driving Shuttle.
The LVCVA going to too host a live concert on probably eight at Fremont Street Experience’s Third Street Stage, featuring native favorites Zowie Bowie, iconic celebrity impersonators, showgirls, previous Las Vegas Mayor & Las Vegas Host Committee Chairman Oscar Goodman & appearances from some of the Entertainment Capital’s famous acts.
The concert is scheduled to take place from five to seven p.m. & guests are encouraged to wear red to the concert, signifying unity within the travel industry.
