More than 20 people in 16 counties have tested positive for the Zika virus in Alabama, according to the Alabama Department of Public Health.All 25 cases of the virus are travel-related, the department said in a press release.Counties affected include Jefferson, Shelby, Cullman, Calhoun, Etowah, Houston, Lawrence, Madison, Limestone, Montgomery, Morgan, St. Clair, Tuscaloosa and Talladega.
